Introducing Redesigned Summary Dashboard

• Detailed work time statistics contain the beginning and the end of work, attendance, and total work hours of each employee or the entire team.
• Hourly activity graph shows your team's most and the least productive hours and helps analyze work patterns.
• Application usage statistics reveal what applications, websites, chats, and social media employees use and how these patterns change over time.
• The list of most used apps and websites now includes the duration of usage and helps ensure your team is concentrated on work tasks.
• Categories of used websites and applications let you quickly check what your employees focus on.

We are introducing the new Summary dashboard, where you can get even more insights into your employees' work patterns, attendance, and peak productivity times.

The renewed summary page is available to all users registered since September 2024. Registered earlier? Please contact our support at support [at] clevercontrol.com for instructions on updating the dashboard.

Self-Monitoring Opt-Out

Admins now have the option to disable employee access to Self-Monitoring. This feature allows employees to view their productivity data but can be disabled on a per-computer basis.

New feature: Self-Monitoring

• Employees can access the Self-Monitoring dashboard by right-clicking the CleverControl icon in their system tray and selecting 'My Activity'.
• Note: This feature is only available if CleverControl has not been installed with the added system tray option.

CleverControl now offers Self-Monitoring, a new feature that lets employees see their activity data: application usage, websites visited, idle/active time, and more. They can now analyze their work habits and identify areas for improvement to boost focus and efficiency.

Вийшла нова версія v 11.5.1029.9. У ній покращено ручну активацію програми:

• двічі клацніть лівою кнопкою миші по іконці в системному треї для запуску або зупинки моніторингу
• клацніть правою кнопкою миші по іконці, щоб відкрити розділ "Про компанію".

Тепер можна отримати перелік сайтів, які відвідували співробітники, коли за ними не велося спостереження. Програма буде отримувати історію браузера за період до двох тижнів до її встановлення. Крім того, вона надасть вам список програм, якими користувався співробітник до початку моніторингу.
