반품 환불 정책

본 반품 및 환불 정책은 Windows용 CleverControl, Mac용 CleverControl(이하 제품)에 적용됩니다. 제품이 약속한 대로 작동하지 않거나 기술적인 어려움이 있는 경우 당사 기술 지원 팀이 문제를 해결할 수 없고 다음 조건을 준수하는 경우에만 전액 환불이 가능합니다.

  1. 모든 문제 및 문제는 구매 후 72시간 이내에 보고되어야 합니다.
  2. 문제 해결에 필요한 모든 정보는 고객이 제공해야 합니다.
  3. 환불은 1회만 가능합니다. 각 고객은 한 번만 환불을 받을 수 있습니다. 귀하가 두 개 이상의 제품 라이선스를 소유한 경우 작동하지 않는 것으로 보고된 라이선스만 환불됩니다.

우리의 지원은 주 7일 제공되며 항상 문제 해결을 위해 최선을 다합니다. 구매일로부터 14일 이내에 전액 환불을 받으실 수 있습니다. 단, 이 기간 내에 저희 팀에서 도움을 드릴 수 없는 경우에만 가능합니다. 구매일로부터 14일 이후에는 환불이 불가능합니다.

기타 환불 조건: (다음 조건은 CleverControl이 완전히 통제할 수 없는 조건이기 때문에 CleverControl이 환불을 제공할 수 없는 경우를 설명합니다.)

  1. 고객이 기술 지원 지침을 따르지 않거나 고객 지원 도움을 거부하는 경우 환불이 불가능합니다.
  2. 고객이 필요한 모든 데이터를 제공하지 못한 경우. 여기에는 고객이 원격 지원을 받아야 하는 경우도 포함됩니다.
  3. 고객이 방금 마음을 바꾼 경우. 개인적인 사유(“마음에 들지 않습니다”, “프로그램을 설치한 적이 없습니다”, “프로그램을 구입할 의도가 없었습니다”)는 환불 대상에서 제외됩니다.
  4. If the customer does not have authorized access to the company device.
  5. If the Product was installed or used without proper authorization, prior notice, or consent where required by applicable law. No refund is issued for misuse, unauthorized installation, use on devices without proper authorization, or use contrary to our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
  6. If the Product is blocked, restricted, deleted, quarantined, or otherwise affected by antivirus software, endpoint protection systems, firewalls, operating system security settings, or other third-party applications or services. CleverControl is not responsible for the operation, settings, updates, or restrictions of third-party software or services. No refund is issued if the issue is caused by such third-party tools, unless the Product is confirmed by CleverControl technical support to be defective.
  7. If the monitored company device runs an incomplete, pirated, not fully operational, or incompatible version of Windows.
  8. If a full or partial Windows reinstallation took place on the monitored company device, which resulted in the Product being blocked.

환불 절차:

모든 환불 요청은 support'＠'clevercontrol.com으로 보내거나 다음을 통해 보내야 합니다.지원 티켓 시스템. 라이브 채팅이나 기타 연락 채널을 통해서는 환불이 허용되지 않습니다. 상기 사유 이외의 사유로 환불이 승인 및 발행되는 경우, 결제 처리업체 및 은행에서 부과하는 결제 처리 수수료 관련 수수료로 인해 환불 금액은 결제 금액보다 9% 적습니다.
