This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and CleverControl LLC
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our CleverControl software ("Software") directly from CleverControl LLC or indirectly through a CleverControl LLC authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").
If you register for a free trial of the CleverControl software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the CleverControl software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk, and the services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all its faults, without warranty of any kind, without performance assurances or guarantees of any kind.
This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by CleverControl LLC herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any CleverControl LLC updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

CleverControl LLC hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the CleverControl software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

CleverControl 라이선스는 라이선스 기간에 따라 제한된 컴퓨터 수에만 적용되며 양도가 불가능합니다. 등록된 라이센스를 한 컴퓨터에서 다른 컴퓨터로 전송할 수 없습니다. 라이선스에서 허용하는 것보다 더 많은 수의 장치에서 CleverControl을 사용해야 하는 경우 업그레이드를 구입해야 합니다.

상업적 목적으로 소프트웨어를 복제, 복사, 배포, 재판매 또는 기타 방식으로 사용
등록된 라이센스를 한 장치에서 다른 장치로 전송
제3자가 제3자를 대신하거나 제3자의 이익을 위해 소프트웨어를 사용하도록 허용합니다.
해당 지역, 국가 또는 국제법을 위반하는 방식으로 소프트웨어를 사용하십시오.
Use the Software for any purpose that CleverControl LLC considers is a breach of this EULA agreement
지적재산권 및 소유권
CleverControl LLC shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of CleverControl LLC.
CleverControl LLC reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.
종료
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to CleverControl LLC.
또한 본 EULA 계약의 조건을 준수하지 않는 경우 즉시 종료됩니다. 그러한 종료 시, 본 EULA 계약에 의해 부여된 라이센스는 즉시 종료되며 귀하는 소프트웨어에 대한 모든 액세스 및 사용을 중지하는 데 동의합니다. 본질적으로 지속되고 존속되는 조항은 본 EULA 계약이 종료된 이후에도 존속됩니다.
준거법
본 EULA 계약 및 본 EULA 계약과 관련하여 발생하는 모든 분쟁은 영국 법률의 적용을 받고 이에 따라 해석됩니다.
