The new version v. 12.1.1 is here! It features general performance improvements and bug fixes.
The latest version 12.1 ensures that monitoring and Live Viewing correctly resume after a computer exits hibernation or after a user profile is switched or unlocked.
The latest update 11.7.7 includes bug fixes for history and downloads tracking in Firefox.
The new version v.11.7.5 is now available. It provides improved support for multiple displays.
The new version v. 11.7.3 includes performance improvements and data transfer optimizations. Screenshots are now uploaded to the dashboard in batches along with event logs.
The new version v. 11.6.25 includes various bug fixes and performance improvements for smooth and reliable operation.
Big Updates for Live Viewing
- Multiscreen mode. View multiple employee screens simultaneously on a single page. Click on a screen to zoom in - other screens will still be visible on the side. To switch the view, go to the "Live Viewing" tab and click the "Multiscreen view" button next to the filters at the top.
- In-Screen controls: Access essential controls directly from the view screen taskbar. Zoom in the employee screen and hover over it to see the toolbar.
- Recently viewed: Quickly access screens you've recently viewed for easy reference. You will find them below the screen you are currently watching.
- Background viewing: Watch the employee's screen while navigating other dashboard sections. Click the icon with two rectangles in the Live Viewing toolbar to switch to the background mode.

This update includes performance optimizations for large accounts. It addresses issues with slow loading and freezing when checking the Users View or using Live Monitoring for extended periods.
The monitoring dashboard has just received huge updates to the Live Viewing functionality:
- Multi-screen support: View multiple screens at once. Focus on one employee's screen while keeping an eye on the others.
- Recently viewed screens: Quickly access screens you have monitored recently.
The new version, v. 13.1, is now available. Here is what's new:
- Quick configuration of user access rights after account activation.
- Activity logs are now updated every 5 minutes.
- The application no longer requires a mandatory restart after certain operations.
- Redundant technical logs have been removed to improve performance and prevent file size issues.
- Bug fixes:
- Fixed a bug where the application would restart during sleep mode, causing incorrect activity tracking.
- Fixed an issue where the application would fail to connect upon the first launch.
Introducing Redesigned Summary Dashboard
- Detailed work time statistics contain the beginning and the end of work, attendance, and total work hours of each employee or the entire team.
- Hourly activity graph shows your team's most and the least productive hours and helps analyze work patterns.
- Application usage statistics reveal what applications, websites, chats, and social media employees use and how these patterns change over time.
- The list of most used apps and websites now includes the duration of usage and helps ensure your team is concentrated on work tasks.
- Categories of used websites and applications let you quickly check what your employees focus on.
We are introducing the new Summary dashboard, where you can get even more insights into your employees' work patterns, attendance, and peak productivity times.

Self-Monitoring Opt-Out
Admins now have the option to disable employee access to Self-Monitoring. This feature allows employees to view their productivity data but can be disabled on a per-computer basis.
New feature: Self-Monitoring
- Employees can access the Self-Monitoring dashboard by right-clicking the CleverControl icon in their system tray and selecting 'My Activity'.
- Note: This feature is only available if CleverControl has not been installed with the added system tray option.
CleverControl now offers Self-Monitoring, a new feature that lets employees see their activity data: application usage, websites visited, idle/active time, and more. They can now analyze their work habits and identify areas for improvement to boost focus and efficiency.

New version 11.5.1030.0 released. It features performance improvements and optimizations.
The new version v 11.5.1029.9 is now available. It features improvements in manual activation of the program:
- double left-click the icon in the system tray to start or stop monitoring
- right-click the icon to open "About".
Now you can get the list of websites the employees visited when they were not monitored. The program will retrieve browser history for up to two weeks before its installation. Additionally, it will provide you with the list of programs the employee had used before the monitoring started.
