Return and Refund Policy

This return and refund policy is applicable for the following programs hereinafter referred to as Products: CleverControl for Windows, CleverControl for Mac. In case a Product doesn't work as promised, or you have technical difficulties with it, a full refund might be issued only in case our technical support team is unable to resolve it and the following conditions are observed:

  • Todos os problemas e questões devem ser comunicados no prazo de 72 horas após a compra
  • Todas as informações necessárias para resolver o problema devem ser fornecidas pelo cliente
  • Só pode ser reembolsado uma vez. Cada cliente só é elegível para um reembolso, se possuir mais do que uma licença de Produto, só será reembolsado o que, alegadamente, não funciona.

O nosso apoio está disponível 7 dias por semana e fazemos sempre o nosso melhor para resolver problemas. Só é elegível para um reembolso total no prazo de 14 dias desde o dia da compra, se a nossa equipa não o puder ajudar dentro deste período de tempo. Nenhum reembolso será emitido mais tarde que 14 dias desde o dia da compra.

Other refund conditions: (the following conditions describe cases, when CleverControl cannot provide a refund due to the fact that these conditions are completely beyond CleverControl's control)

  • Nenhum reembolso pode ser emitido caso o cliente não siga as directrizes de apoio técnico ou recuse a ajuda do apoio ao cliente
  • If the customer couldn't provide all necessary data. This includes cases when customer might be required to get remote assistance
  • If the customer has just changed his or her mind. Personal reasons ("I do not like it", "I never installed the program", "I did not mean to buy the program") are not qualified for a refund
  • If the customer does not have authorized access to the company device.
  • If the Product was installed or used without proper authorization, prior notice, or consent where required by applicable law. No refund is issued for misuse, unauthorized installation, use on devices without proper authorization, or use contrary to our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
  • If the Product is blocked, restricted, deleted, quarantined, or otherwise affected by antivirus software, endpoint protection systems, firewalls, operating system security settings, or other third-party applications or services. CleverControl is not responsible for the operation, settings, updates, or restrictions of third-party software or services. No refund is issued if the issue is caused by such third-party tools, unless the Product is confirmed by CleverControl technical support to be defective.
  • If the monitored company device runs an incomplete, pirated, not fully operational, or incompatible version of Windows.
  • If a full or partial Windows reinstallation took place on the monitored company device, which resulted in the Product being blocked.

Procedimento de Reembolso:

All refund requests must be sent to support [at] clevercontrol.com or via o sistema de bilhetes de apoio. Os reembolsos não são aceites via Live Chat ou qualquer outro canal de contacto. Nos casos em que os reembolsos são aprovados e emitidos devido a qualquer outro motivo que não os acima mencionados, o montante reembolsado será 9% inferior ao montante pago devido a taxas relacionadas com taxas de processamento de pagamentos cobradas por processadores de pagamentos e bancos.
