Return and Refund Policy

This return and refund policy is applicable for the following programs hereinafter referred to as Products: CleverControl for Windows, CleverControl for Mac. In case a Product doesn't work as promised, or you have technical difficulties with it, a full refund might be issued only in case our technical support team is unable to resolve it and the following conditions are observed:

Dukungan kami tersedia 7 hari seminggu dan kami selalu melakukan yang terbaik untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Anda berhak mendapatkan pengembalian dana penuh dalam waktu 14 hari sejak hari pembelian, hanya jika tim kami tidak dapat membantu Anda dalam jangka waktu tersebut. Tidak ada pengembalian uang yang akan diberikan selambat-lambatnya 14 hari sejak hari pembelian.

Other refund conditions: (the following conditions describe cases, when CleverControl cannot provide a refund due to the fact that these conditions are completely beyond CleverControl's control)

  • Pengembalian dana tidak dapat diberikan jika pelanggan tidak mengikuti pedoman dukungan teknis atau menolak bantuan dukungan pelanggan
  • If the customer couldn't provide all necessary data. This includes cases when customer might be required to get remote assistance
  • If the customer has just changed his or her mind. Personal reasons ("I do not like it", "I never installed the program", "I did not mean to buy the program") are not qualified for a refund
  • If the customer does not have authorized access to the company device.
  • If the Product was installed or used without proper authorization, prior notice, or consent where required by applicable law. No refund is issued for misuse, unauthorized installation, use on devices without proper authorization, or use contrary to our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
  • If the Product is blocked, restricted, deleted, quarantined, or otherwise affected by antivirus software, endpoint protection systems, firewalls, operating system security settings, or other third-party applications or services. CleverControl is not responsible for the operation, settings, updates, or restrictions of third-party software or services. No refund is issued if the issue is caused by such third-party tools, unless the Product is confirmed by CleverControl technical support to be defective.
  • If the monitored company device runs an incomplete, pirated, not fully operational, or incompatible version of Windows.
  • If a full or partial Windows reinstallation took place on the monitored company device, which resulted in the Product being blocked.

Prosedur Pengembalian Dana:

All refund requests must be sent to support [at] clevercontrol.com or via sistem tiket dukungan. Pengembalian dana tidak diterima melalui Live Chat atau saluran kontak lainnya. Jika pengembalian dana disetujui dan dikeluarkan karena alasan lain selain alasan yang disebutkan di atas, jumlah pengembalian dana akan menjadi 9% lebih rendah dari jumlah yang dibayarkan karena biaya terkait dengan biaya pemrosesan pembayaran yang dibebankan oleh pemroses pembayaran dan bank.
