This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and CleverControl LLC

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our CleverControl software ("Software") directly from CleverControl LLC or indirectly through a CleverControl LLC authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

If you register for a free trial of the CleverControl software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the CleverControl software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk, and the services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all its faults, without warranty of any kind, without performance assurances or guarantees of any kind.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by CleverControl LLC herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any CleverControl LLC updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

লাইসেন্স অনুদান

CleverControl LLC hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the CleverControl software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

CleverControl লাইসেন্সগুলি লাইসেন্সের মেয়াদ দ্বারা সীমিত কম্পিউটারের সংখ্যার জন্য কঠোরভাবে উদ্দিষ্ট এবং অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য। আপনি একটি কম্পিউটার থেকে অন্য কম্পিউটারে নিবন্ধিত লাইসেন্স স্থানান্তর করতে পারবেন না। আপনার লাইসেন্সের অনুমতির চেয়ে বেশি সংখ্যক ডিভাইসে CleverControl ব্যবহার করার প্রয়োজন হলে, আপনার একটি আপগ্রেড কেনা উচিত।

আপনি অনুমোদিত নয়:

  • সফ্টওয়্যারটির সম্পূর্ণ বা কোনও অংশ সম্পাদনা, পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্তন, অভিযোজন, অনুবাদ বা অন্যথায় পরিবর্তন করা বা সফ্টওয়্যারের সম্পূর্ণ বা কোনও অংশকে অন্য কোনও সফ্টওয়্যারের সাথে একত্রিত বা অন্তর্ভুক্ত করার অনুমতি দেয় না, বা ডিকম্পাইল, বিচ্ছিন্ন বা বিপরীত প্রকৌশলী সফ্টওয়্যার বা এই ধরনের কোনো কাজ করার চেষ্টা

  • কোনো বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে সফ্টওয়্যারটি পুনরুত্পাদন, অনুলিপি, বিতরণ, পুনরায় বিক্রয় বা অন্যথায় ব্যবহার করুন

  • একটি ডিভাইস থেকে অন্য ডিভাইসে নিবন্ধিত লাইসেন্স স্থানান্তর করুন

  • যেকোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষকে কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের পক্ষে বা সুবিধার জন্য সফ্টওয়্যার ব্যবহার করার অনুমতি দিন

  • যে কোনো প্রযোজ্য স্থানীয়, জাতীয় বা আন্তর্জাতিক আইন লঙ্ঘন করে এমন কোনো উপায়ে সফ্টওয়্যার ব্যবহার করুন

  • Use the Software for any purpose that CleverControl LLC considers is a breach of this EULA agreement

বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি এবং মালিকানা

CleverControl LLC shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of CleverControl LLC.

CleverControl LLC reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

সমাপ্তি

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to CleverControl LLC.

এই EULA চুক্তি এবং এই EULA চুক্তি থেকে বা এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত যেকোন বিরোধ ইউনাইটেড কিংডমের আইন অনুসারে পরিচালিত হবে এবং বোঝানো হবে।
